90 Days to Cult Status (Plus: The CEO Reset Challenge You Didn’t Know You Needed)

What I’d Do to Build a Cult Status Brand in 90 Days (Yes, This Is the Exact Blueprint)

A 3-Month Brand-Building Strategy Inspired by What I'm Doing Right Now with Casa Noon

If you’ve ever wanted to know what it really takes to build a cult-status brand—one people screenshot, send to group chats, and brag about discovering first—this is the post you’ve been waiting for.

We’re diving into the exact 90-day roadmap I’d follow if I were starting a brand from scratch. It’s not hypothetical. It’s rooted in what I’m doing right now as I prepare to launch Casa Noon, my new beauty brand. Plus, I’m going to share a few personal updates, including why this season has felt like a life-changing full-circle moment.

But before we jump into the 90-day brand strategy, here’s something else you might want to know about.

Ready for a Reset? Join the 7-Day CEO Challenge

If your business feels slightly off-track—or if you’re simply craving more alignment, more energy, and more clarity—then this is your sign.

We kick off the Seven Day CEO Reset Challenge on May 12 inside Out of Office Club. It’s:

  • Not a productivity sprint

  • Not a burnout recovery

  • A grounded recalibration of what you're doing, who you're doing it for, and how you’re showing up

Each day includes one actionable focus area—designed to take 15 minutes or less. We’ll clarify your mission, reset your systems, realign your offer suite, rebuild your content plan, and make clean, confident decisions as a visionary leader.

And if you’re one of the first five people to complete the challenge within 24 hours of the final day? You’ll receive a custom Human Design x Instagram audit from me.

Out of Office Club is just $23/month. Let’s get clear together.

Life Updates: Full-Circle Magic Is in Motion

April 2025 felt like the month everything shifted—personally and professionally. Here’s a quick peek into what’s been happening:

1. Buying Our LA Dream Home

We’ve rented the same beautiful, creativity-filled home in Los Angeles for four years. This month, our landlord offered to sell it to us. Despite running two businesses and being in the middle of a launch and record release (my husband’s a musician), we knew we had to make it happen.

We already own a forest cabin outside LA and a home in Nashville. But buying in LA? It’s a full-circle dream come true.

2. Getting Found on ChatGPT

A brand new consulting client reached out and said, “ChatGPT told me to contact you.” That’s cosmic tech-meets-strategy alignment. And it’s a direct result of consistent SEO, content authority, and strategic visibility.

This is exactly what we teach in the Obsession Worthy Mastermind and in my strategy sessions—building a world around your brand that’s findable, clear, and magnetic.

3. Casa Noon Is Officially in Motion

This past week, I:

  • Held six pitch calls with visionary women (including non-traditional investors from this very community)

  • Signed off on our first product formula

  • Placed our first packaging order

I sent my very first “let’s build this brand” email in December 2021. This has been a long journey. But it’s happening. And it’s hitting.

How to Build a Cult-Status Brand in 90 Days

Here’s what I’d do if I were starting from zero—whether it’s a product brand, service, or personal brand with digital offerings.

This is the Casa Noon playbook. You can steal it.

Month 1: Obsess Over the Person, Not the Product

Before you build anything, get obsessed with your perfect person.

Not just the demographics. I mean truly knowing her:

  • What’s on her nightstand?

  • What’s she texting her friends after a date?

  • What’s her 7 AM ritual vs. her 9 PM wind down?

Forget “25–35-year-old women in urban areas.” You need to know if she double-texts, skips parties for self-care, and buys candles that match her aesthetic.

This is about emotional clarity. Because when she feels seen by your brand, she will start obsessing right back.

Try this:
Create a vision board for her, not for your brand. Then place your offer or product in the middle of her world. This exercise is live on my Instagram—with three example personas. I’ll link that in the show notes.

Month 2: Build the Product and the World Around It

Now you’re ready to build. Not just the product, but the brand world that wraps around it.

What’s the tone? The rituals? The aesthetic? The identity?

Let’s say I were launching a brand like Pillow Theory (a cozy, luxury sleep brand I used as an example). Everything would feel like a soft invitation into rest:

  • Founder tone: gentle but confident

  • Visuals: silky, dreamy, lush

  • Copy: clear, casual, cozy

  • Product: silk sleep spray or contour pillow with light-blocking design

It’s not about what’s inside the product yet—it’s about creating a space your customer wants to belong to.

Because cult brands sell more than products. They sell identity.

Month 3: Launch Loud, Then Listen Louder

You’re launching now. Don’t whisper.

Create an event. Send PR kits. Build a campaign that feels like a cultural moment.

If it were Pillow Theory, I’d:

  • Host a golden hour recharge party

  • Send ritual kits with clouds printed inside the box

  • Post content that oozes main character bedtime energy

Then, once live, I’d be quiet. I’d observe. I’d note what gets:

  • Screenshotted

  • Story-tagged

  • DMed with “this is so me” energy

Cult brands are made in the details. You know if it’s working not by volume but by vibe.

And if it’s not? I’d make quick tweaks. Because when you get the person and the world right in months one and two, you’ll know how to recalibrate.

Want My Eyes on Your Brand?

This strategy doesn’t only work for physical products. If you’re building a membership, an agency, a personal brand, or a digital offer, the same rules apply.

If you want help implementing this inside your business, you can:

  • Book an Obsession Worthy Strategy Day

  • Apply for the Smart Girls Mastermind (summer session opens soon)

  • Join Out of Office Club for consistent challenges and accountability

Let’s get your brand out of vague, hard-to-sell territory and into “screenshot-worthy, sent-to-the-group-chat” status.

Final Thought

This is a deeply personal season for me. I’m building Casa Noon. I’m launching a new chapter with Oui, We Studio. I’m buying a home I never thought would be mine.

And I’m showing up here to share all of it, in real time, so that if you're building something too, you know what it really looks like behind the scenes.

Thanks for being part of this world.

🎧 Takeaways:

You can’t build a cult brand if you don’t know your perfect person.

Identity > aesthetics. Cult brands sell belonging.

The “this is it” screenshot moment is your cue to double down.

If your brand doesn’t feel aligned anymore, you don’t need to quit — you need to reset.
