Step 1: Curate Your Inspiration List

Start collecting creators that energize you, not just people in your niche. Bonus points if their energy feels similar to your Human Design type.

Examples:

  • Manifesting Generators = vibrant, multi-passionate creators

  • Projectors = insightful educators

  • Reflectors = intuitive, environmental storytellers

  • Generators = grounded energy with clear “why”

  • Manifestors = bold initiators

This turns doom scrolling into intentional research.

Step 2: Study What Works

  • What hooks are pulling people in?

  • What visuals feel magnetic?

  • What pacing + storytelling feels natural?

Take notes. Save examples. Screenshot captions. This is your real-time market research — with soul.

Step 3: Build Your Idea Bank

Use your Notes app, Trello, or Notion. Create a content bank categorized by:

  • Content type (reel, carousel, story)

  • Brand pillar

  • Hook or theme

Don’t get stuck in system-building. The key is speed-to-creation.

Step 4: Personalize & Adapt

Now remix. Don’t imitate. Adapt to your voice, your message, your vibe.

Use this prompt with ChatGPT:

My Human Design Type is [type]. My Profile Lines are [line1/line2]. My Authority is [authority]. My niche is [niche]. My content pillars are [pillars]. Give me a hook + content idea that matches my energy.

Step 5: Create with Flow

Use this simple framework:

  • Hook: Make it emotional, intriguing, bold.

  • Value: Teach, tell, or transform.

  • Call to Action: Comment, save, share, DM, or join.

B-roll is your best friend. Capture your real life. Then layer in a voiceover or a short-form caption. I love CapCut and Canva for quick edits.

Step 6: Reflect + Optimize

  • What posts got saves, shares, and DMs?

  • What felt energizing to create?

  • What feedback did you get?

Let this become a cyclical strategy — not a one-time campaign.
