The Next Chapter of Oui, We Studio: A Founder’s Behind-the-Scenes Reflection

For every creative, entrepreneur, or founder standing at a crossroads, this post is for you.

Today, I’m taking you behind the scenes of some of the biggest pivots happening inside Oui, We Studio. This is a raw, intuitive founder’s reflection — part personal, part strategic, and all heart.

The Origin Story

Oui, We Studio didn’t begin as the business you see today. In fact, it all started in 2017 (or maybe 2018!) as a single course: Conscious Creatives Business School. At the time, my main focus was the Oui, We Girl blog, a site that still exists today and has been an integral part of the journey. That blog, supported by advertising and brand deals, became a six-figure revenue stream on its own.

Back then, a mentor once told me to narrow my course topic — to focus on how I was securing travel blogging deals, since that was my most visible work. But the truth? Travel blogging for me was never just about SEO or Instagrammable moments. It was about cultural immersion, personal growth, and storytelling.

From a Single Course to a Full Studio

As time went on, the courses grew, the offerings expanded, and by 2021, Oui, We Studio officially launched as a standalone company. It became its own brand and website, separate from the blog, focused on conscious business building.

We tested it all — manifestation memberships, a manifestation blueprint course, beauty-focused offerings, business intensives, and more. Some sold well. Others barely moved. But every step taught me something about what people want and how I want to serve.

The Rise of the UnSchool

In 2023, things shifted in a huge way. We launched The UnSchool Intuitive Business Academy, a robust program designed to teach everything from human design and money mindset to branding, AI tools, and social strategy. Alongside that, I pivoted my own social media approach, focusing on reels and viral content. The results were wild: videos reaching 2M, 3M, even 5M views; Instagram followers jumping from 55K to 90K; and our best sales season ever.

But here’s the truth: virality doesn’t always equal sustainability.

While The UnSchool grossed thousands in monthly sales, I realized something critical: the world is moving faster. People want quick, clear wins. They want tools they can use today. They don’t always want a massive, multi-layered course that teaches everything.

What’s Changing (and What’s Not)

We’re making a major shift: The UnSchool is going back into the vault. If you’re already in, you keep access. But moving forward, we’re focusing on:

  • Low-ticket, high-impact tools like our $47 Co-CEO Toolkit featuring a custom GPT.

  • Quick, tactical courses like Oui, We Roll, our iPhone video editing program.

  • High-touch consulting through Obsession-Worthy Strategy Days, brand intensives, and “Let’s Make You a Big Deal” one-on-one sessions.

And for me personally? I’m doubling down on speaking engagements and Casa Noon, my new beauty brand designed for sun-soaked skin living an active, outdoor life.

The Power of Aligned Investments

A big lesson from this season? Trusting aligned, even risky, investments. When I paid $10,000 for a speaking coach, it was a stretch. But right after? I booked a $10,000 speaking gig. That’s abundance in action.

Similarly, pivoting away from chasing virality — even though it once brought millions of views — means betting on resonance, deeper connection, and thoughtful brand building.
